Around 3:05 in the morning, on October 29, an accident was reported in which a red sports vehicle hit a thick traffic light pole.
According to information from the authorities, a 20-year-old man was trapped and would have lost consciousness. The accident was recorded on the Boulevard Bellas Artes and Avenida Alfonso Vidal and Planas Colonia Nueva Tijuana.
Police reports say that the young man was traveling at excessive speed and for this reason, he could not control the vehicle, which caused him to stop against the pole that holds traffic lights.
