The Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) obtained sentence of 63 years and 6 months in prison for Brayan Villamora Moralesafter accrediting their participation in the execution of three men in the municipality of Tultitlán.
The triple homicide was recorded on May 4, 2020, outside a building located in the Alcanfor street of the Los Reyes neighborhoodwhere the three victims were attacked by gunshots.
According to the investigations, the authorities were able to determine that he arrived at the site Brian Villamoraalong with another individual on a motorcycle, and carried out several detonations with a firearm against their targets.
One of the attacked died at the scene, while the other two were injured so they were taken to a hospital in the area to receive medical attention. However, they died as a result of their injuries.
Upon completion of the investigations FGJEM, the Public Ministry asked a judge to issue an arrest warrant against Brayan; completed by Investigative Police Agents (POI).
Due to the foregoing, he was admitted to the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center, where he was placed at the disposal of the Jurisdictional Body, who after reviewing the evidence provided and with prior legal process, sentenced him to conviction.
In addition, Brayan Villamora must comply with the payment of fines of 341,004 pesos and 190,267 pesos as compensation for the damage, in addition to the fact that his civil and political rights were suspended.
