Minutes after midnight, residents of the town of Nexquipayac reported to the authorities a gray car which was parked on the streets of the town of Nexquipayac.
After a few minutes the authorities went to the area so, after a review, they realized that an unconscious man was inside, so they notified the emergency services.
After the paramedics confirmed the death of Commander Mario Damián, municipal police officers who arrived at the scene in response to a call for help, cordoned off the entire area and requested the intervention of the Public Ministry to attest to the facts.
