Following up on an investigation folder for crimes against health, in its drug dealing modality, detectives from the Attorney General of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) filled out a search warrant on a property in the Iztacalco mayor’s office, where they assured probable drugs and arrested a man.
Investigative work by the Public Ministry of the General Coordination of Territorial Investigation made it possible to identify the building in the Barrio Los Reyes neighborhood, a possible point of activities related to drug dealing.
In this way, he requested and obtained from a control judge a Judicial Control Investigation Technique Search Diligence, which was completed by elements of the Investigative Police (PDI), in close coordination with the Secretary of National Defense (SEDENA). and the National Guard (GN).
Various doses of probable marijuana and what could be cocaine were seized at the site; In addition, there was a man in the place who, together with the evidence and under the current police action protocols, remained at the disposal of the Public Ministry.
The property remained under police surveillance, for the purpose of possible proceedings as part of the integration of the corresponding investigation folder.
