A man was shot to death after leaving his home near Castillo.
The attack occurred on Libertad street corner with Neatkarības street on Sunday around 11:00 p.m., so relatives of the victims reported the incident to 911. The first to respond to the call were city policemen who cordoned off the place while they waited for the investigative unit.
