“This appeal for review is dismissed as inadmissible, by virtue of the fact that the origin requirements referred to in section IX of article 107 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, in force after the constitutional reform published in the Official Gazette, are not met. of the Federation on March 11, 2021, as its resolution was not of exceptional interest in constitutional or human rights matters”, reads the rejection agreement.”
