A road accident left a motorcyclist dead on the Calzada de Tlalpan in the Campestre Churubusco neighborhood of the Coyoacán mayor’s office, Mexico City (CDMX), on the morning of this Monday, September 12.
The first reports indicate that the motorcyclist crashed into the back of a car at the Taxqueña and General Anaya Metro stations, heading north at the height of Taxqueña.
The Road Orientation Center of the CDMX Citizen Security Secretariat reported through Twitter that emergency services have already gone to the scene of the incident to provide support.
“Emergency services come to work at Calz. from Tlalpan towards the North at the height of Taxqueña, col. Campestre Churubusco”, can be read in a tweet from the Road Orientation Center.
Therefore, at this time, the removal of the body and the investigations into the accident are being carried out, where personnel from the CDMX Attorney General’s Office are already present.
Given these tasks, the slow traffic in the area that is circulated at this time by thousands of people seeking to reach their places of work and school.
As a road alternative to Calzada de Tlalpan due to the accident, the authorities recommended that motorists take Canal de Miramontes.
