The vice principal of the Nicolas Romero Municipal Police, was the victim of a direct assault During the early hours of this Sunday in the municipality of Tlalnepantlafor which he was transferred to a hospital with serious injuries.
The official would have been the victim of a ambush when he was in the vicinity of the Mundo E Shopping Center on Boulevard Manuel Ávila Camacho, Colonia San Lucas Tepetlacalco.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to attend to the victim, who was taken aboard an ambulance to the emergency room and entered directly to undergo surgery, due to the bullet wounds.
For these personal facts of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM), began an investigation to arrest those responsible while agents of the Investigation police (POI) initiated the development of the respective inquiries.
Experts collected ballistic material at the scene, as well as various indications through interviews with witnesses and the video cameras were reviewed to find out how the events occurred.
So far, the authorities have not reported the motive for the events and there are no detainees, but it is presumed that it could have been a direct attack against the Municipal Police official of Nicolás Romero.
