Richard “N”, aka the ‘Ricky‘, leader of the Northeast Cartel in rural Nuevo León, was arrested after a property search located in the municipality of Agualeguas.
The State Investigation Agencybelonging to the Attorney General’s Officereported the capture of ‘Ricky‘, aged 43, was held in a tactical operation of the Civil Force of Nuevo León Y elements of the Ministry of National Defense.
