I started electrolysis for dark, thick hairs on my chin about a month ago and I’ve had 1 appt per week, so 4 appointments thus far. My electrologist told me to never shave my face, because over time it will grow back darker and thicker. She says that’s how I ended up needing electrolysis on my chin in the first place. But the rest of my face still just grows peach fuzz. I hate having hair all over my face even though it’s kind of light. It’s getting so long, though, and I worry about it all day. My electrologist might be annoyed if I’ve shaved the rest of my face, but I can avoid the area she’s treating. Should I just do it?
