He was arrested a teacher for his probable participation in the crime of rape, occurred last June in a higher education campus located in the Iztapalapa mayor’s office.
According to our research, Julio “N” possibly sexually assaulted the victim on June 17, inside a room of the educational center where he taught, located in the Leyes de Reforma neighborhood, of said mayor’s office.
As a result of the investigation, it was established that the victim lost consciousness while drinking a liquid, circumstance that Julio “N” possibly took advantage of to commit the crime.
