This September 23, a control judge linked to the process Sayuri “N” Y Victor “N”, alleged teachers who sexually assaulted their victims and videotaped them in the acts.
The case dates back to 2019, those involved were dedicated to being teachers who offered regularization classes to minors.
However, one of the parents of the alleged victims denounced those involved for the crime of rape that occurred in mid-2019.
The Attorney General’s Office of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) initiated an investigation against the teachers, releasing the arrest warrants against them.
In June 2021, the FGJCDMX arrested the two alleged perpetrators at a home in Xochimilco.
They also conducted a search of the house where storage devices and a recording studio were found.
The devices contained 158,000 photographs and 3,500 videos showing sexual assaults by those allegedly involved towards their victims and exhibitionism.
According to the Tanner scale, a mechanism used by specialists to estimate the sexual maturity of people, the ages of some of the minors who appear in the files range between five and seven years of age.
Now those involved have been ratified as a preventive measure to remain confined in the South Prison. Two more months were set for additional investigations.
