Neighbors of the Buenavista neighborhood reported the discovery of the lifeless body of a half-naked man near the train tracks, in the municipality of Tultitlán.
The finding was near the intersection of the Tlalnepantla-Cuautitlán highway and the railway closure.
The victim, between 25 and 30 years old, was wearing a T-shirt and his pants were down to his ankles.
Municipal paramedics came only to confirm that the young man no longer had signs of life, although they could not determine the precise causes of death.
Neighbors in the area approached the place to try to identify the victim, although some said they had seen him before, they could not provide his name or address or that of a relative.
Elements of the municipal and state police guarded the place of the discovery until the expert services came to collect evidence.
Investigative agents review security cameras in the area to obtain clues from the aggressors, while the Mexican Prosecutor’s Office initiated an investigation folder to identify the victim and determine the motive for the homicide.
