A federal judge issued an arrest warrant against the former governor of Tamaulipas, Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vacaat the same time as the Migration’s national institute (INM) of the Secretary of the Interior, issued a migratory alert so that he does not leave the country.
On Wednesday afternoon, the injunction against the former PAN president was announced, who just a few days ago left office, being Americo Villarrealfrom Morena, his successor.

The General Prosecutor of the Republic (FGR) requested the intervention of the INM when there is a arrest warrant against former PAN presidentissued by a district judge for his probable intervention in criminal acts of organized crimesays a statement released this afternoon.
“The foregoing, with the purpose of verifying, registering and informing the respective authorities about the entry-exit movements of the aforementioned person through the international transit points”
According to the FGR, Cabeza de Vaca is allegedly involved in organized crime, money laundering and tax fraud.
