This Tuesday morning, the alleged kidnapping of a minor identified as Santiago David Navarrete Castillo was reported.
The little boy was snatched from his mother’s arms when they were walking down San Marqueña street, between Av. Chimalhuacán and Cielito Lindo in the municipality of Nezahualcóyotl.
Santiago David, who would have been deprived of his liberty, was taken to a gray Van-type truck, his captors took him away and his whereabouts are unknown to date.
