Three charred bodies were found inside a car in Chimalhuacán

In the eastern part of the State of Mexico, in the municipality of Chimalhuacán, three charred bodies were found inside a vehicle.

Early this Sunday morning, the residents of the Villa San Lorenzo Chimalco neighborhood reported to the authorities that a vehicle was on fire.

The car was on Juan de la Barrera street in that community and emergency forces moved to put out the flames. After a few minutes of work, elements of Civil Protection and Firefighters found human remains.

Municipal police cordoned off the area to avoid disturbances at the scene and notified personnel from the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) to initiate the corresponding investigations.

Experts went to the place to carry out the first investigations and due to the conditions in which the bodies ended up, the people were not identified.

The remains were transferred to the amphitheater, as strangers, to carry out the necessary tests to determine the causes of death, waiting for them to be recognized by relatives.

Local authorities assured that, despite the fact that they immediately responded to the call, they were not able to arrest any person related to the events; however, they will collaborate to find those responsible.

So far the causes of the accident are unknown, but it should be noted that the case occurred very close to where two weeks ago security agents killed a man who injured two policemen during a review.
