LUIS DAVID “N” and ARTHUR “N” were linked to criminal proceedingsaccused of having violently dispossessed a family of their vanon the Salamanca-Queretaro highwaywhen transited by territory belonging to the municipality of Celayaon September 22 of this month.
After a report, culprits were located and arrested in possession of drugs and several “puncture tires”, during an operation deployed by items of the Secretary of Public Security of the Municipality of Celayawho left them at the disposal of the State Attorney General’s Office.
Once at the headquarters of the Prosecutor’s Office, an agent from the Public Ministry, began an investigation folder to determine the probable responsibility of the detainees in the crime of qualified vehicle theft, crimes against health and possession of prohibited weapons.
On the date mentioned above, around 06:45 a.m., a family was circulating aboard a truck on the toll road that goes from Salamanca to Querétarowhen circulating through the territory of the municipality of Celaya, a truck blocked their way a truck and one more was placed behind of them forcing the offended to shore up.
from one of the units several armed individuals got outwho they stripped the family of the van in which they were travelingwhich is owned by a leasing company.
The Secretariat of Public Security was aware of the facts and information about the units and those likely involved in the violent act, who were detected and detained on the basis of the highway that goes from Celaya to Juventino Rosas.
Preventive elements intercepted the probable defendants and managed to arrest two subjects identified as LUIS DAVID “N” 21 years of age and ARTHUR “N”, 23 years old, recovered the stolen truck and also seized drugs and several metal stars from the calls: “Poncha tires”.
After the corresponding expert reports and forensic studies, the staff of the Criminal Investigation Agency, headed by a Prosecutor, confirmed the participation of the accused in the criminal act, for which a hearing was requested to bring the accused before a judge of control.
The jurisdictional authority analyzed the test data and qualified the arrests as legal, then the expert opinions were compared with the testimonies included in the investigation folder and, given this, the judge confirmed his resolution in favor of the victims, and ordered that both subjects were linked to criminal proceedings for the crime of qualified vehicle theft, crimes against health and possession of prohibited weapons.
