A motorist hit a 17-year-old girl on Vía Morelos, the events occurred at the height of Colonia Los Laureles.
On Monday afternoon, when the driver aboard a navy blue Ford Lobo, license plate NGY1090, invaded the confined lane of the Mexibús and ran over the minor.
The motorist fled the scene on foot, abandoning the vehicle and leaving the young woman identified as Nataly injured, who suffered severe head trauma.
A jaguar helicopter airlifted the teenager to the “Victorio de la Fuente Narváez” trauma and orthopedic hospital of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS), in the Magdalena de las Salinas medical unit, so that she could receive specialized care due to the severity of head injury.
Municipal authorities started an investigation folder because of these events and continue to search for the motorist responsible for injuring the minor.
